A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING A YIELD SIGN AT BROOKSTONE DRIVE
AND STOUTWOOD STREET INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local authori-
ties to adopt by resolution, traffic control measures meeting the requirements
setforth under Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 21356 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establish-
ment of a "yield right-of-way" sign in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a yield sign should hereby be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section 21356 of
the California Vehicle Code, a yield sign be installed on the southeast and
northwest corners of the Brookstone Drive and Stoutwood Street intersection.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 5~th day of September, 1989.
