Res 89-155 RESOLUTION NO. 8g- 155 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, PERTAINING TO THE PAVING OF PRIVATE ROADS WHEREAS, the Poway City Council finds that it is appropriate to reaffirm practices pertaining to the paving of private roads. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: Public funds shall not be used to pave private roads subject to the following exceptions: 1. The paving is to replace existing pavement that is damaged in the course of constructing public improvements. 2. The paving is necessary to protect public improvements. 3. The paving is necessary for the preservation of public health and safety or the provision of essential public services.
