A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
CONCURRING IN THE INITIATION OF A SPECIFIC PLAN
FOR ADI PROPERTIES, CREEKSIDE PLAZA
(SP 89-04)
WHEREAS, ADI Properties, Creekside Plaza has submitted a pre-application for
the City Council to initiate a specific plan per Section 17.47.020.A of the
Poway Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered this item at their meeting of September
26, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is resolved that the City Council does hereby allow ADI
Properties to submit a specific plan for consideration and public hearing as
part of the Creekside Plaza on the south side of Poway Road between Co. mmlunity
and Midland Roads.
