A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC SIGNALS IN THE CITY OF POWAY
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code pemits local
agencies to adopt rules and regulations by resolution to regulate traffic
by means of traffic control devices, and
WHEREAS, the Poway Municipal Code authorized the City Council to
designate intersections to be controlled by official control signals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 21100 of
the California Vehicle Code, traffic signals are hereby established at:
Pomerado Road and Metate Lane
Pomerado Road and Stowe Drive
Pomerado Road and South Poway Parkway
South Poway Parkway and Kirkham Road
South Poway Parkway and Conmunity Road
Community Road and Stowe Drive
