A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ON BOTH SIDES OF POMERADO ROAD
BETWEEN POWAY ROAD AND OAK KNOLL ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permlts the
establishment of "No Standing or Parking" Zones in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a No Parking Zone should be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
22507 of the California Vehicle Code a "No Standing or Parking" Zone is
hereby establlshed on both sides of Pomerado Road between Poway Road and
Oak Knoll Road.
