A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING STOP SIGNS ON AMSO STREET AT THE
KAITZ STREET INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code;
and
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of stop signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that stop signs should hereby be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
21351 of the California Vehicle Code, stop signs be installed on the
northwest and southeast corners of Amso Street at the Kaitz Street
intersection.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 28th day of November 1989.
