A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING YIELD SIGNS ON TOBIASSON ROAD
AT THE INTERSECTION OF GLENOAK ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to adopt by resolution, traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code;
and
WHEREAS, Section 21356 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of a "yield right-of-way" signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a yield sign should hereby be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
21351 of the California Vehicle Code, yield signs be installed on the
northwest and southeast corners of Tobiasson Road at the intersection of
Glenoak Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 28th day of November, 1989.
