A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING A SPEED SURVEY ON ARBOLITOS DRIVE
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local authori-
ties to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the requirements
set forth under Section 21400 of the California Vehicle Code, and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that, critical speeds be established.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that in accordance with said Section 21100 of
the California Vehicle Code, the speed survey be adopted on Arbolitos Drive.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 30th day of January, 1990.
