Res 90-015 Resolution No. 90-015
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING THE PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION
OF COMMUNITY ROAD AND METATE LANE
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of stop signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that stop signs should be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with said Section
21351 of the California Vehicle Code, stop signs be hereby temporarily
established at the intersection of Community Road and Metate Lane until the
completion of the improvements to the intersection of Community Road and
Metate Lane.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 6th day of February, 1990.
