A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE FROM 2:30 - 3:30 P.M. ON SCHOOL DAYS ONLY
ON EISENHOWER AVENUE FROM MEADOWBROOK LANE TO THE CIRCULAR DRIVE
AT MEADOWBRDOK SCHOOL
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code;
and
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of No Parking zones in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that No Parking zones should be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
21351 of the California Vehicle Code, a No Parking Zone, 2:30 - 3:30 P.M.,
School Days Only be designated on Eisenhower Avenue from Meadowbrook
Lane to the circular drive at Meadowbrook School.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof, this 20th day of February 1990.
