A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A YIELD SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF
WESTBOUND DONART DRIVE AT TIERRA BONITA ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code;
and
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of yield signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that yield signs should hereby be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
21351 of the California Vehicle Code, yield signs shall be installed at
the intersection of Donart Drive at Tierra Bonita Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 6th day of March,
1990.
