Res 90-069 RESOLUTION NO. 90-069
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING A SPEED SURVEY
ON CARRIAGE ROAD AND PALISADES DRIVE
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21400 of the California Vehicle Code,
and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that critical speeds be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that in accordance with said Section
21100 of the California Vehicle Code, the speed survey be adopted on
Carriage Road and Palisades Drive.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a reqular meeting thereof this 20th day of March,
