A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A THREE WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF
PALISADES DRIVE, CARRIAGE ROAD, AND PEQUOT DRIVE
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of stop signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that stop signs should hereby be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section 21351 of
the California Vehicle Code, a stop sign shall be installed at the intersec-
tion of Palisades Drive, Carriage Road, and Pequot Drive.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof, this 17th day of April 1990.
