A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING THE PLACEMENT OF TEMPORARY STOP SIGNS AT
SOUTH POWAY PARKWAY AND POMERADO ROAD, SOUTH POWAY PARKWAY AND KIRKHAM ROAD,
SOUTH POWAY PARKWAY AND COMMUNITY ROAD, AND STOWE DRIVE AND COMMUNITY ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of stop signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, THIS Council had determined that stop signs should be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with said Section
21351 of the California Vehicle Code, stop signs be hereby temporarily
established at:
South Poway Parkway westbound, at the intersection of Pomerado Road;
Kirkham Road southbound, at the intersection of South Poway Parkway;
South Poway Parkway eastbound, and Community Road southbound, at their
intersection; and
Stowe Drive, eastbound at Community Road.
FURTHERMORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby
authorize the City Engineer to remove these temporary stop signs when the
warrants for signalization are met.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 22nd day of May, 1990.
