A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE
NORTHSIDE AND SOUTHSIDE OF BOUNTY WAY, ON THE
EASTSIDE AND WESTSIDE OF HARROW LANE, AND ON THE
NORTHSIDE AND SOUTHSIDE OF EDEN GROVE
FROM ESPOLA ROAD TO HARVEST CRESCENT
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits
the establishment of "No Parking" zones in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has determined that a no parking
zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that, in accordance with said
Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code, a "No Parking" zone
is hereby established: on the northside and southside of Bounty
Way from Espola Road to Harrow Lane, on the westside and eastside
of Harrow Lane to 300' south of Eden Grove, and on the northside
and southside of Eden Grove from Espola Road to Harvest Crescent,
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday,
holidays excepted.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City
of Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 12th day of
June 1990.
