A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF A CERTAIN ONE-FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND
LYING WITHIN CITY OF POWAY TRACT NO. 4191-5AR,
MAP NO. 12356: SADDLEWOOD DRIVE
WHEREAS, on the map of City of Poway Tract 4191-5AR recorded April 27, 1989,
as Map No. 12356 in the office of the County Recorder, there is offered for
dedication for public street pyposes a certain one-foot wide strip at the end
of Saddlewood Drive, and
WHEREAS, on said Map No. 12356, the City Council of the City of Poway,
rejected the offer of dedication of said one-foot wide strip as hereinafter more
particularly described, and
WHEREAS, because of the approval and impending recordation of the final map
of City of Poway Tract 4191-5BR, it is in the best public interest of the City
of Poway that said one-foot wide strip be now accepted for public use for
street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, does resolve, deter-
mine, and order as follows:
1. The City of Poway hereby rescinds the rejection of said strip, and does
hereby accept for public use for street purposes the following:
That portion of Lot 376 designated as "portion of Lot 376 reserved
for future street" on City of Poway Tract No. 4191-5AR, recorded
April 27, 1989 as Map No. 12356 in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, California.

The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
San Diego County.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 12th day of June, 1990.
