A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ADOPTING A SPEED SURVEY AND ESTABLISHING A 25 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT
ON SANDHILL ROAD FROM ESPOLA ROAD TO BENT TREE ROAD, AND ADOPTING A SPEED
SURVEY AND ESTABLISHING A 25 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT ON TRAILWIND ROAD
FROM BENT TREE ROAD TO ESPOLA ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local authori-
ties to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the requirements
set forth under Section 21400 of the California Vehicle Code, and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that critical speeds be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section 21100 of
the California Vehicle Code, the speed surveys be adopted on Sandhill Road from
Espola Road to Bent Tree Road, and on Trailwind Road from Bent Tree Road to
Espola Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 19th day of June, 1990.
