A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
A SCHEDULE OF SWIM TEAM FEES FOR THE
CITY OF POWAY SWIM CENTER AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 89-071
WHEREAS, fees for use of City of Poway recreational
facilities have been established to provide for the recovery of
operational and maintenance costs associated with said
facilities; and
WHEREAS, rules and regulations have been established for the
use of Poway recreational facilities; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to revise the fees charged
to swim teams using the Swim Center for practices.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does
hereby resolve as follows:
A swim team fee be adopted establishing the
following fees:
Monday through Saturday 5:30 - 7:30 a.m.
50 meter long course time $6 per lane per hour
Ail other swim time rental
Resident Club
Nonresident Club
$2.50 per lane per hour
$4.00 per lane per hour
2. Resolution No. 89-071 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the
City of Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 26th
day of June 1990.
