A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT
TO THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF POWAY AND R & R PARTNERS-POWAY
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Poway Redevelopment Agency ("Agency") is
authorized to conduct redevelopment activities within the Paguay
Project Area ("Project Area"), which activities include the
acquisition and conveyance of real property for private
development; and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to amend a Disposition and
Development Agreement (the "DDA") with R & R Partners - Poway, a
California general partnership ("Developer") substantially in the
form approved hereby and on file in the City Clerk's Office; and
WHEREAS, the Agency and the City Council of the City of Poway
("City Council") have conducted a duly noticed joint public hearing
regarding the amendment to the DDA in accordance with California
Health and Safety Sections 33431 and 33433; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the DDA has been made available for public
inspection and copying.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1: The City Council hereby approves the form of the
amendment to the DDA attached hereto.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council at a regular
meeting thereof this 26th day of June, 1990.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING WATER RATES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-1991
WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the pumping charges for Service Areas;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the capacity charges for various meter
sizes; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish water rates for fiscal year 1990-1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway:
1. That the water rate schedule is hereby established as follows for all water
billed after July 1, 1990:
Basic Water Rate
Charge Per Unit

Pumping Charges
Customers who receive water service for a home from a meter also serving a
qualified agricultural use shall be charged at the basic water rate for the
first 52 units of water provided and at the agricultural rate for all water
provided in excess of 52 units.
