A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE
INTENTION TO ESTABLISH UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 62
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway, California desires to
establish an Underground Utility District along Garden Road {Exhibit B) for the
purpose of improving the public health, safety, and welfare by placing all uti-
lities underground;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve as
follows:
1.
The foregoing recitals are true and correct and the City Council
so finds and determines.
Pursuant to Poway Municipal Code (Section 12.48) a public hearing
will be held on September 4, 1990 in the City Council Chambers at
City Hall to consider the matter.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED at a regular
August, 1990.
