A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
TO ISSUE SEWER CAPACITY FROM
THE ALL OTHER PROJECTS CATEGORY
AS DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE NO. 304
FOOTMAN COURT, PHASE II
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 90-04
WHEREAS, Ordinance 304 adopted on November 14, 1989
established an allocation plan for sewer capacity; and
WHEREAS, the property proposed for development under Tentative
Tract Map 90-04 includes undeveloped parcels having a combined area
of 1.6 acres; more specifically defined as Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 275-232-01 and 05; and
WHEREAS, on August 28, 1990, the proposed housing development
referenced above came before City Council for determination as to
whether the project qualified for issuance of a Statement of Sewer
Availability under the provisions of Ordinance 304.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council hereby issues a Statement of
Sewer Availability reserving three EDU's for Tentative Tract Map
90-04 from the "All Other Projects" category.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
