A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE EAST SIDE OF MIDLAND ROAD
FROM EDGEMOORE STREET TO 115 FEET IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of "No Standing or Parking" Zones in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a No Parking Zone should be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
22507 of the California Vehicle Code a "No Parking Zone" is hereby
established on the east side of Midland Road from Edgemoore Street to 115
feet in a southerly direction.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 4th day of September, 1990.
