A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ADOPTING A SPEED SURVEY ESTABLISHING A 35 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT
ON VALLE VERDE ROAD FROM STARMOUNT WAY TO OLD WINERY ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21400 of the California Vehicle Code,
and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that critical speeds be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
21100 of the California Vehicle Code that a speed survey be adopted
(Exhibit 1) on Valle Verde Road from Starmount Way to Old Winery Road, and
that this resolution will be in full force and effect on October 25, 1990.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 11th day of September, 1990.
