A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE
ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF AUBREY STREET
WHEREAS, SECTION 22507 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of "No Standing or Parking" Zones in
the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain No
Parking Zones should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
In accordance with Section 22507 of the California Vehicle
Code, No Parking Zones are hereby established on Aubrey Street in
the following locations:
On both sides of Aubrey Street beginning at the easterly
extended curbline of Community thence easterly a distance
of 190 feet, and; on the south side of Aubrey Street
beginning at a point 95 feet east of the centerline of
Sycamore Street thence west a distance of 280 feet, and;
on the south side of Aubrey Street beginning at a point
40 feet west of the centerline of Midland Road thence
west a distance of 120 feet, and; on the north side of
Aubrey Street beginning at a point 23 feet west of the
centerline of Midland Road thence west a distance of
85 feet.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this
27th day of November, 1990.
