A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE
ON A PORTION OF THE NORTH SIDE OF GATEWAY PARK ROAD
WHEREAS, SECTION 22507 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of "No Standing or Parking" Zones in
the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that a No Parking
Zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
In accordance with Section 22507 of the California Vehicle
Code, a No Parking Zone is hereby established on Gateway Park
Road in the following location:
On the north side of Gateway Park Road beginning at the
easterly extended curbline of Pomerado Road thence east
a distance of 291 feet.
