A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE
ON PORTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY PARK ENTRANCE
WHEREAS, SECTION 22507 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of "No Standing or Parking" Zones in
the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that No Parking
Zones should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
In accordance with Section 22507 of the California Vehicle
Code, No Parking Zones are hereby established on the Community
Park entrance road in the following locations:
On the north side of the Community Park entrance road
beginning at the easterly extended curbline of
Bowron Road thence west a distance of 680 feet; and
on the south side of the Community Park entrance road
beginning at the easterly extended curbline of
Bowron Road thence west a distance of 50 feet.
