A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
APPOINTING LINDA BRANNON AS ITS REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 307
WHEREAS, Jan Goldsmith, the Mayor of the City of Poway, has designated and
appointed Linda Brannon to serve as the representative on the Board of Directors
of San Diego County Water Authority; and
WHEREAS, this City Council desires to consent to approve said designation
and appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
Section 1. that the designation and appointment of Linda Brannon as
representative to the Board of Directors of San Diego County Water Authority
is hereby consented to and approved;
Section 2. that Resolution No. 307 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof thi 18th day/of December, 1990.
