RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF POWAY
ADOPTING STATE-LOCAL ENTITY MASTER AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5428
AND PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 001 TO STATE-LOCAL
TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5428
WHEREAS, the City of Poway has made application to the State of California
for transportation funding under the State-Local Transportation Demonstration
Program, and
WHEREAS, the State of California has accepted the City of Poway's applica-
tion, and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway desires to receive funding under said program,
and
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of Poway does
hereby adopt and approve the State-Local Entity Master Agreement No. SLTPP-5428
and the Program Supplement No. 001 to State-Local Transportation Partnership
Program Agreement No. SLTPP-5428.
