A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR FILING APPEALS
UNDER CHAPTER 2.20 OF THE POWAY MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.20 of the Poway Municipal Code establishes an appeals
procedure for City Council review of certain final decisions of any hearing
officer, board, committee, commission, or department subordinate to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a fee for the processing of such
appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
$100.00 is hereby established as the fee for filing an appeal under Chapter
2.20 of the Poway Municipal Code.
