A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF
COMMUNITY ROAD AND OLIVE GROVE DRIVE IN THE CITY OF POWAY
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits
local agencies to adopt rules and regulations by resolution to
regulate traffic by means of traffic control devices, and
WHEREAS, Section 10.12.030 of the Poway Municipal Code
authorizes the City Council to designate intersections to be
controlled by official control signals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Section
21100 of the California Vehicle Code, a traffic signal is hereby
established at the intersection of Community Road and Olive Grove
Drive.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 2~d day of
January 1991. ~
