A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE
FROM 8:00 A.M. TO 10:00 A.M.,
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCEPT HOLIDAYS,
ON RIPARIAN ROAD FROM OAKSTAND ROAD TO LAKE POWAY ROAD,
ON OAKSTAND ROAD, YELLOWTHROAT ROAD, DODDER COURT,
DOVEWOOD COURT AND OAKSTAND COURT
WHEREAS, SECTION 22507 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of "No Standing or Parking" Zones in
the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain No
Parking Zones should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
In accordance with Section 22507 of the California Vehicle
Code, No Parking Zones are hereby established from 8:00 A.M. to
10:00 A.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays on:
RIPARIAN ROAD FROM OAKSTAND ROAD TO LAKE POWAY ROAD
OAKSTAND ROAD
YELLOWTHROAT ROAD
DODDER COURT
DOVEWOOD COURT
OAKSTAND COURT
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 19th
day of February, 1991·
