A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE
ON OAK KNOLL ROAD WESTERLY OF POMERADO ROAD
WHEREAS, SECTION 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits
the establishment of "No Standing or Parking" Zones in the City of
Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that No Parking Zones
should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
In accordance with Section 22507 of the California vehicle Code,
a No Parking Zone is hereby established on Oak Knoll Road in the
following location:
Along the north side of Oak Knoll Road beginning at a point
located 405 feet westerly of the western extended curbline
of Pomerado Road; thence westerly a distance of 375 feet.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 12th day of
March, 1991. ~
