A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING A CHARGE FOR AGENDA MAILING AND
TAPE COPYING BY THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, The Ctty Clerk's Offlce provides a service to the publlc by
mailing copies of the City Council agenda each week and making copies of tapes
of City Council meetings to those making such requests; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to charge a fee for the services mentioned to
recover a portion of the costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the following fees
are hereby established:

$50.00 per year to mail either the City Council agenda or the mlnutes
of the meetings.
$10.00 to copy one side on a tape of the City Council meeting and $5.00
to copy the second side.
