A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF A CERTAIN ONE-FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND
LYING WITHIN CITY OF POWAY TRACT NO. 3842-3,
HAP NO. 9771: OLD WINERY ROAD
WHEREAS, on the map of City of Poway Tract 3842-3 recorded August 26, 1980,
as Map No. 9771 in the office of the County Recorder, there is offered for
dedication for public street purposes a certain one-foot wide strip at the end
of Paso Del Vinedo {currently known as Old Winery Road), and
WHEREAS, on said Map No. 9771, the City Council of the City of Poway,
rejected the offer of dedication of said one-foot wide strip as hereinafter more
particularly described, and
WHEREAS, because of the approval and recordation of the final map of City of
Poway Tract 88-11, it is in the best public interest of the City of Poway that
said one-foot wide strip be now accepted for public use for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, does resolve, deter-
mine, and order as follows:
1. The City of Poway hereby rescinds the rejection of said strip, and does
hereby accept for public use for street purposes the following:

That portion of Lot 78 designated as "portion of Lot 78 reserved
for future street" on City of Poway Tract No. 3842-3, recorded
August 26, 1980 as Map No. 9771 in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, California.

That portion of Lot 79 designated as "portion of Lot 79 reserved
for future street" on City of Poway Tract No. 3842-3 recorded
August 26, 1980 as Map No. 9771 in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, California.

The City of Poway hereby finds the previously relinquished and waived
abutter's rights of access appurtenant to a portion of Lots 78 and 79 of
said Map 9771 in and to Old Winery Road are hereby vacated.

The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
San Diego County.
