¥1TH WRITTEN CONSENT OF ALL PROPERTY (MiERS
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-180
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to expand Poway
Landscape Maintenance Dtstrtct .86-03 for the purposes of maintaining, servicing,
and operating said district as sno~m in Exhibit 'A" pursuant to the Landscape and
Ltghttng Act of 1972; and
WHEREAS, the record o~mer of &11 the real property wtthin satd expansion
area has given written consent to detach fram Poway Landscape Maintenance
District 83-01 according to the California Streets and Htgia~y Code, Section
22609; and
WHEREAS, the ~ecord miner of all the real property within satd expansion
area has gtven ~rttten consent to the formation and annexation into Poway
Landscape Maintenance District 86-03 pursuant to Cal tfo~nta Streets and Htgh~ay
Code, Sectton 22608.]; and
WHEREAS, the publtc interest and convenience rC~lutre the maintenance,
servtce, and operation of public landscape facilities within said territory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Poway
does hereby resolve as follows:
The foregoing recttals are true and correct, and the City Council so
ftnds and detemtnes.
All of that certain territory shown in Exhibit 'A, attached hereto,
is hereby detached from Po~ay Landscape Maintenance District 83-01
and added by annexation into Poway Landscape Matfltenance District
86-03 rescinding Resolution No 90-180.
