A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE PUBLIC AND SWIM
TEAMS DURING PUBLIC AND NON-PUBLIC POOL HOURS
FOR THE POWAY COMMUNITY SWIM CENTER AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-135
WHEREAS, fees for use of the City of Poway recreational
facilities have been established to provide for the recovery of
operational and maintenance costs associated with said
facilities; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to revise the fees charged
to the public and the swim teams.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Poway does
hereby resolve as follows:
A daily admission fee and pass fee for the public be
adopted establishing the following fees:
Daily Admissions
youth/senior (res) $1.00
adults (res) 1.25
youth/senior (nonres) 1.75
adult (nonres) 2.25

4. Resolution No. 90-135 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof, this 4th
day of June 1991.
