A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
RESCINDING AN EXISTING NO PARKING ZONE
ESTABLISHED FROM 8:00 A.M. TO 10:00 A.M.,
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCEPT HOLIDAYS,
ON OAKSTAND ROAD SOUTH OF YELLOWTHROAT ROAD,
ON YELLOWTHROAT ROAD, DODDER COURT AND OAKSTAND COURT
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution No. 91-017
establishing a No Parking Zone from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M., Monday
through Friday, Except Holidays, on Riparian Road from Oakstand Road
to Lake Poway Road, on Oakstand Road, Yellowthroat Road, Dodder Court
and Oakstand Court as authorized by Section 22507 of the California
vehicle Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain portions
of that No Parking Zone are no longer necessary
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the No Parking Zones
established from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M., Monday through Friday,
Except Holidays, are hereby rescinded on:
Oakstand Road South of Yellowthroat Road
Yellowthroat Road
Dodder Court
Oakstand Court
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof, this 25th day of
June, 1991.
