A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
DESIGNATING VOTING DELEGATE AND ALTERNATES
TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA JOINT POWERS
INSURANCE AUTHORITY {SCJPIA)
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NUMBERS 87-089 AND 89-001

WHEREAS, the City of Poway is a member of the Southern California Joint
Powers Insurance Authority {SCJPIA); and
WHEREAS, as a member, the City of Poway is entitled to all voting rights;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway, does hereby resolve
and designate as Director and Alternates of the SCJPIA for the City of Poway:
Director: Jan Goldsmith, Mayor
Alternates:
Bob Emery, Councllmember
Kathy McIntyre, Councilmember
Don Higginson, Councilmember
Tony Snesko, Councilmember
James L. Bowersox, City Manager
John D. Fitch, Assistant City Manager
Peggy Stewart, Director of Administrative Services
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolutions 87-089 and 89-001 are hereby
rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 2! dayoflJune., 1991.
