Res 91-086RESOLUTION NO. 91- 086 ARESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING "LOADING" AND "NO PARKING" ZONES ON TIERRA BONITA NORT~"~LY OF TWIN PEAKS ROAD Whereas, Section 21458 and Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establishment of "loading" and "no parking" zones in the City of Poway; and Whereas, the City Council has determined that certain "loading" and "no parking" zones should be established. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Sections 21458 and 22507 of the California Vehicle Code "loading" and "no parking" zones are established on Tierra Bonita Road in the following locations: Loading Zone: (Time Restricted, enforced from 7-9 A.M. and 2-4 P.M. school days only). Along the west side of Tierra Bonita Road beginning at the northerly extended curbline of Evening Star Drive, thence northerly a distance of 300 feet; and Along the west side of Tierra Bonita Road beginning 78 feet south of the southerly extended curbline of Tierra Bonita Court, thence southerly a distance of 173 feet. No Parking Zone: Along the west side of Tierra Bonita Road at the southerly extended curbline of Tierra Bonita Court, thence ~outherly a distance of 20 feet, and Along the east side of Tierra Bonita Road beginning 113 feet north of the northerly extended curbline of Tierra Bonita Court, thence northerly a distance of 30 feet, and Along the west side of Tierra Bonita Road beginning 251 feet south of the southerly extended curbline of Tierra Bonita Court, thence southerly a distance of 20 feet. This action supersedes and rescinds all previously approved parking restrictions within the areas described above.
