Res 91-091RESOLUTION NO. 91-091 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE FIRE PROTECTION FEES, WATER DISTRICT ASSESSMENTS AND STREET IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENTS TO BE COLLECTED ON THE PROPERTY TAX ROLL FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-1992 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to have the Fire Protection Fees, and Water District and Street Improvement Assessments collected on the property tax roll; and WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Poway City Council the amounts to be collected have been set forth in a public report and the public has been allowed to CO, mllent on these amounts and this action has been duly advertised as required by law; and WHEREAS, this action is authorized by the laws of the State of California. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the sum of $536,215.84 shall be collected on the property tax roll in the form of a Fire Protection Fee as authorized by Ordinance No. 61 of the City of Poway. Section 2. That the sum of $215,209.48 is required to be raised by taxation for the payment of principal and interest on Assessment District No. 79-1, which covers the service area lying generally south of Poway Road and north of Garden Road and up to 1,000 feet in elevation. This sum shall be collected on the 1991-1992 San Diego County Tax Roll to provide for the payment of interest and principal of said bonds at maturity. Section 3. That the sum of $13,265.98 is required to be collected for repay- ment of the Old Coach neighborhood loan program. That said sum shall be collected as a flat charge special assessment on the 1991-1992 San Diego County Tax Roll pursuant to the instructions and agreements between the City of Poway and the County of San Diego. Resolution No. g1-091 Page 2 Section 4. That the sum of $3,463.96 is required to be collected for repay- ment of the Sycamore Avenue sewer neighborhood loan program. This sum shall be collected on the lggl-lgg2 San Diego County Tax Roll to provide for the payment of interest and principal of said loan. Section 5. That the sum of $9,084.20 is required to be collected for repay- ment of the Temple Way street improvement neighborhood loan program. This sum shall be collected on the 1991-1992 San Diego County Tax Roll to provide for the payment of interest and principal of said loan. Section 6. That the City Clerk is instructed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and the Auditor of the County of San Diego.
