A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF LOTS 102, 103, AND 104 OF POMERADO
BUSINESS PARK, TM 85-04, UNIT 2, MAP NO. 12572 TO CF POWAY, LTD.
WHEREAS, Lots 102, 103, and 104 of Pomerado Business Park, TM 85-04,
Unit 2, Map No. 12572 was granted to the City of Poway upon its recordation
on June 13, 1991, as document No. 1991-0282453 in the Office of the
Recorder of San Diego County; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway approved on September 3,
1991 an agreement with CF Poway, Ltd. wherein CF Poway, Ltd. agreed to
transfer title of Lot 1OD, and to provide $250,000 for improvement to the
sports complex in exchange for the City waiving the previous improvement,
dedication, and contribution requirements, and wherein the City agreed to
reconvey ownership of three City owned mini-park sites {Lots 102, 103,
lO4).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
1. Lots 102 through 104, inclusive, of City of Poway Tract No. 85-04,
Unit No. 2, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, according to Map thereof No. 12572, filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, February 28, 1990, are
hereby authorized to be conveyed to CF Poway, Ltd. pursuant to the
terms of that certain agreement approved by Council on September 3,
1991.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
