A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL "NO PARKING" ZONE
ON STARRIDGE STREET NORTHERLY OF AMBER HILL LANE
Whereas, Section 21458 and Section 22507 of the California
Vehicle Code permits the establishment of "no parking" zones in the
City of Poway; and
Whereas, the City Council has determined that a certain
additional "no parking" zone should be established on Starridge
Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Sections
21458 and 22507 of the California Vehicle Code an additional "no
parking" zone is established on Starridge Street in the following
location:
Along the west side of Starridge Street beginning 1390 feet
northerly of the northern extended curbline of Amber Hill Lane thence
northerly a distance of 190 feet.
