A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE SUMMARY VACATION
OF ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN
CITY OF POWAY TRACT 87-08, MAP THEREOF 12613
FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF
SAN DIEGO COUNTY AS FILE NO. 90-222027 ON APRIL 24, 1990
(Vacation 91-10)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to summarily vacate
certain public service easements in accordance with the procedures provided in
Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, commencing at Section 8330; and
WHEREAS, road and utility easements within the attached legal description
titled "Exhibit A" were dedicated to the City of Poway per Map 12613 recorded
April 24, 1990 as File No. 90-222027 in the Office of the County Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
This sufmm~ry vacation is nmde under the provisions of Chapter 4, Part
3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California.
The City Council hereby finds that the herein described public service
easements have been superseded by relocation and there are no public
facilities located within the easements.
3. The City Council hereby declares that the following described road and
utility easements are hereby vacated:
See attached legal description titled "Exhibit A."

The City Clerk of the City of Poway is hereby directed to cause a cer-
tified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of San Diego County in accordance with the provisions of
Section 8336 of the Streets and Highways Code.

All that portion of Tierra Bonita Court in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, as shown on Map No. 12613, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, April 24, 1990, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 9 of said Map No. 12613, being a point on
the arc of a 207.00 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly, a radial line to said point bears
South 12°52'49" East, said curve defining the Southerly right-of-way line of Tierra Bonita
Court; thence Westerly along the prolongation of said 207.00 foot radius curve through a central
angle of 18°48'35", an arc distance of 67.96 feet; thence tangent to said curve North 84°04'14''
West, 36.52 feet to the beginning of a tangent 20.00 foot radius curve concave Southeasterly;
thence westerly and Southerly along the arc of' said 20.00 foot radius curve through a central
