A RESOLUTION OFT HE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A TIME LIMITED
"NO PARKING AND BUS LOADING ZONE"
ON BOWRON ROAD
Whereas, Section 21458 and Section 22507 of the California
Vehicle Code permits the establishment of "loading" and "no parking"
zones in the City of Poway; and
Whereas, the City Council has determined that a certain time
limited Parking Restriction and Bus Loading zone should be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Sections
21458 and 22507 of the California Vehicle Code a No Parking and Bus
Loading zone is established on Bowron Road in the following location:
No Parking-Bus Loading Zone:
(Time Restricted, Enforced
from 7:30-8:30 A.M. and
1:30-2:30 P.M. school days
only).
- Along the west side of Bowron Road beginning 663 feet
south of the southerly extended curbline of Civic
Center Drive, thence northerly a distance of 230 feet.
This action supersedes and rescinds all previously approved
parking restrictions within the areas described above.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 10th day of
December, 1991.
