A RESOLUTION OF T~E CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
RESCINDING A PORTION OF A
"NO STANDING OR PARKING" ZONE
ON OLD POMERADO ROAD SOUTH OF PASEO COLINA
Whereas, on the llth day of February 1986 the City Council of
the City of Poway established a "No Standing or Parking" Zone along
both sides of Pomerado Road south of Paseo Colina.
Whereas, the City Council has found that portions of the
existing "No Standing or Parking" Zone are no longer necessary for
public safety and serve no public benefit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following portions of
the existing "No Standing or Parking" Zone is hereby rescinded:
Along the west side of Old Pomerado Road from the Beeler
Creek Bridge thence northerly a distance of 400 feet; and
along the east side of 01d Pomerado Road from the Beeler
Creek Bridge thence northerly a distance of 350 feet.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 7th day of
January, 1992. ~~.
