A RESOLUTION OF THE C[TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORN[A, ANNEX[NG TERR[TORY TO THE
SEWER ZNPROVENENT DZSTR[CT OF THE CITY OF POWAY
KHOURY ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property descrlbed In Exhibit A requires sewer servlce; and
WHEREAS, property must be wlthln the Sewer Improvement Dlstrlct to receive
sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to the Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
The conditions of annexation are:

The payment of the sum of $1,035 to the City of Poway for the right
and use of all existing property, real and personal of the Sewer
Improvement District.
b. The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, engineering, and attorney's fees.
3. The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improvement District is in
the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.

The annexation has been reviewed pursuant to the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act, and has been bound to be exempt
under Class 19 of Categorical Exemptions.
Be
No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate boundary of the City of Poway and the annexation is
to an improvement district within the City.
6. The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A shall become
effective immediately upon passage of the Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 4th day ot February, 1992.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Parcel 12 of Record of Survey Map No. 3835, filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, February 9, 1956, being a portion of Lot 3, Section 31, T13S, RlW,
San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California,
and east half of adjacent portion of the easement designated as "Easement reserved for
road" on said record of survey map No. 3835, being more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast coruer of Parcel 12 of said record of survey map No. 3835;
said point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 89o24'08'' West
for 369.01 feet; thence North 01o37'55" West for 135.00 feet; thence North 89o24'08" East
for 369.00 feet; thence South 01o37'55'' East for 135.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
