A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF POWAY
KIESEL ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improvement District to receive
sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to the Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
2. The conditions of annexation are:

The payment of the sum of $875 to the City of Poway for the right
and use of all existing property, real and personal of the Sewer
Improvement District.
b. The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, engineering, and attorney's fees.
3. The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improvement District is in
the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.

The annexation has been reviewed pursuant to the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act, and has been bound to be exempt
under Class 19 of Categorical Exemptions.
No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate boundary of the City of Poway and the annexation is
to an improvement district within the City.
6. The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A shall become
effective in~nediately upon passage of the Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 11th day o February, 1992.

Being all of Lot 80 and portions of adjacent streets, in Green
Valley Highlands Unit No. 2, in the city of Poway, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to map thereof No. 6596,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
February 25, 1970.
Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 80, said point
being the True Point of Beqinninq; thence North 40o14'05'' East
42.00 feet along a line to a point on a 1118 foot radius curve,
concave Southwesterly, said line being radial to said curve, said
curve being a part of the centerline of Stone Canyon Road and
delineated on said Map No. 6596, and now closed; thence
Southeasterly along the arc of said curve, through a central
angle of 8o42'45'' an arc length of 170.01 feet; thence South
48°56'50'' West 42.00 feet along a radial line from said curve;
