A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE
ON GARDEN ROAD NEAR POWAY ROAD
Whereas, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of "No Standing or Parking" zones in
the City of Poway; and
Whereas, the City Council has determined that a certain No
Parking zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thaE in accordance with
Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code, a No Parking zone
is hereby established on Garden Road in the following locations:
No Standing or Parking Zone:
Along the south side of Garden Road beginning at a
point located 155 feet easterly of the southern
extended curbline of Poway Road, thence easterly a
distance of 255 feet; and
Along the north side of Garden Road beginning at a
point located 240 feet easterly of the southern
extended curbline of Poway Road, thence easterly a
distance of 80 feet.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City
of Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 10th day
of March, 1992.
