A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY
ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL "LOADING" ZONE ON
TIERRA BONITA ROAD NORTHERLY OF TWIN PEAKS ROAD
Whereas, Section 21458 of the California vehicle Code permits the
establishment of "loading" zones in the City of Poway; and
Whereas, the City Council has determined that a certain additional
"loading" zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Section
21458 of the California vehicle Code an additional "loading" zone is
established on Tierra Bonita Road in the following location:
Loading Zone: (Time Restricted, enforced from 7-9 A.M. and 2-4
P.M. school days only).
Along the west side of Tierra Bonita Road beginning at the
southerly extended curbline of Tierra Bonita Court, thence
northerly a distance of 40 feet.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeti~ thereof this 2~$t day of April,
1992.
