A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
DETACHING ASSESSOR PARCEL NO. 321-350-13
FROM LA/~DSCAPE M3%INTENANCE DISTRICT 83-1
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-118
W~EI~EAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to
decrease Poway Landscape Maintenance District 83-1 as shown in
Exhibit "A" pursuant to the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972;
and
W~EREAS, the record owner of all the real property within
said district area has given written consent to detach from Poway
Landscape Maintenance District 83-1 according to the California
Streets and Highway Code, Section 22609.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
city of Poway does hereby resolve as follows:
The foregoing recitals are true and correct, and the
City Council so finds and determines.
Ail of that certain territory shown in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto, is hereby detached from Poway
Landscape Maintenance District 83-1, rescinding
Resolution No. 91-118.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of the
city of Poway, California, at a regular meeting this 16th day of
June, 1992.
